A. Skincare
- Moisturizer: Use a few drops alone or mix with your daily cream/lotion for boosted hydration.
- Makeup Remover: Effectively dissolves makeup (even waterproof mascara) while nourishing the delicate eye area. Apply with a cotton pad or gentle fingers, then rinse.
- Carrier Oil for Dilution: An ideal base for diluting essential oils (e.g., tea tree for blemishes, lavender for calming) before topical application. Standard dilution is typically 1-2% essential oil.
- Massage Oil: Its smooth glide and rapid absorption make it a popular choice for body and facial massage oils.
- After-Sun Care: Its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties help calm and rehydrate sun-exposed skin.
- Bath Oil: Add a tablespoon to your bath for an all-over moisturizing treatment.

B. Hair Care
- Scalp Treatment: Massage warm oil into the scalp 30 minutes before washing to combat dryness and flakiness.
- Hair Conditioner/Styler: Apply a very small amount (2-3 drops) to damp or dry hair ends to tame frizz and add shine. Avoid the roots to prevent greasiness.
- Hot Oil Treatment: Warm the oil and apply from roots to ends, wrap hair in a towel, and leave for 30+ minutes before shampooing.
C. Culinary (Food-Grade Oil Only!)
- Important: Only use oil specifically labeled as food-grade, edible, or culinary. Cosmetic-grade oil is not for consumption.
- Uses: Has a mild, nutty flavor. Use in salad dressings, drizzling over dishes, or in smoothies. It has a low smoke point, so it’s not suitable for high-heat cooking.
