How to use Geranium oil

1. Skincare & Beauty Uses

Geranium oil is a powerhouse for balancing and healing the skin.

• Facial Toner & Serum:
  • For Oily/Acne-Prone Skin: Add 2-3 drops to a 1 oz (30 ml) bottle of witch hazel or rosewater. Shake well and apply with a cotton pad to cleanse and tighten pores.
  • For Balanced, Glowing Skin: Mix 3-4 drops into 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil like jojoba or rosehip seed oil. Apply a few drops to your face after cleansing.
• Spot Treatment for Acne:
  • Dilute 1 drop of geranium oil in a teaspoon of carrier oil (like argan or jojoba) and use a cotton swab to apply directly onto blemishes.
• Soothing Skin Compress:
  • For irritated skin (eczema, dermatitis), add 3-5 drops to a bowl of cool water. Soak a clean cloth, wring it out, and apply to the affected area for 5-10 minutes.
• Body Moisturizer:
  • Add 5-10 drops to your regular unscented body lotion or to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil for an all-over balancing moisturizer.

• Stress-Relief Diffuser Blend:
  • Add 3 drops Geranium, 2 drops Lavender, and 1 drop Frankincense to your diffuser for a deeply relaxing atmosphere.
