Uses

• Diffuse when concentrating at home, at work, or in the car.

• Add a drop to the palm of the hand, rub the hands together, and inhale deeply.

Directions For Use

Aromatic use: Use one to two drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

Note

Unlike undiluted pure essential oils, which should never come in direct contact with the skin, our blends should be applied to the skin since they are blended with a carrier oil.  Always store essential oils in a cool and dark location.
